FifteenSec provides advertising creative and related services for roofing businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through fifteensec.com and our communications. Questions may be sent to hello@fifteensec.com.

When you submit our form or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, city or service area, email address, phone number, website, requested services, preferred job types, and the content of your communications. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps from our hosting and security providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to review requests, verify business details, respond to inquiries, prepare advertising concepts, deliver services, operate the client dashboard, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
We may share information with providers that help us host the website, store submissions, send email, create or deliver advertising assets, and maintain business operations. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and operate under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
5. AI-generated materials
Information from your brief may be used with creative technology providers to prepare concepts. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the form. AI-generated concept material does not depict your actual staff, facility, or completed jobs unless expressly stated.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
