Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing fifteensec.com, submitting a request, or purchasing services from FifteenSec, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Services and proposals
FifteenSec creates advertising concepts and related creative materials. Website descriptions, sample work, turnaround times, launch pricing, and proposals are invitations to discuss services and do not create a binding engagement until scope, price, and delivery terms are confirmed. Turnaround begins after we receive the information and approvals reasonably needed to start.
3. AI-generated concept material
Our work may include AI-generated visuals, audio, text, or video. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, concept material does not depict your actual staff, facility, customers, or completed jobs. You are responsible for using appropriate disclosures and for reviewing all materials before publication.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and confirm that you have permission to use any names, logos, images, footage, testimonials, trademarks, offers, pricing, and claims you supply. You are responsible for final legal, platform, licensing, advertising, and regulatory review in the markets where your ads run.
5. Reviews, revisions, and payment
Specific deliverables, included revisions, price, payment timing, and cancellation terms are governed by the offer or proposal you accept. “Review before paying” means you may review the completed deliverables before the agreed payment becomes due; it does not transfer ownership or usage rights before payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use those materials to perform the requested services. After full payment, you receive the usage rights described in the applicable proposal. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, workflows, templates, know-how, and unused concepts.
7. No performance guarantee
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including media spend, targeting, market conditions, sales follow-up, competition, platform decisions, and the underlying offer. We do not guarantee leads, calls, revenue, booked jobs, advertising approval, or any specific business result.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity; attempt to disrupt or access systems without authorization; or misrepresent AI-generated concepts as documentary evidence of real staff, customers, facilities, or completed projects.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FifteenSec disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or advertising-platform decisions. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
